When sending an automated message, I get an alert "email is invalid" but I know the address to be valid.
TUOTEMPO systematically checks the validity of email addresses to make sure they get through. If an e-mail address is not available over an extended period of time, it will be marked as an invalid and mails to that address will be blocked.
Cut the address from the patient or resource profile and Save the patient or resource with no email address. Reopen the patient or resource and paste the same email back into the email field. Save again and the email address will be reset as valid.
