Agenda 

This article covers the advanced configuration settings available for tuOtempO Agenda.

Where to begin

Log in to the tuOtempO admin zone.

Go to > Set Up > Agenda

A. Customize your Agenda

1. Appointments

a) Unit Length

Defines the lowest common denominator for appointment lengths.

Example : If you wish to have appointment lengths of 30 and 45 minutes, the unit length should be set to 15 minutes. If you wish to have appointment lengths of 40 and 45 minutes, the unit length should be set to 5 minutes.
b) Show cancelled appointments

When selected, cancelled appointments will continue to be visible in the agenda.

c) Delete past appointments

When selected, appointments will be deleted 7 days after the date of the appointment.

2. Add custom fields

a) Appointment fields

Create custom fields that will appear in the appointment pop-up window.

b) Client fields

Create custom fields that will appear in the patient profile.

3. When adding a new patient

a) Ask for patient's mother tongue

Select to enable a non-obligatory mother tongue field to appear in the appointment pop-up window.

b) Ask for patient's birth date

Select to enable a non-obligatory birth date field to appear in the appointment pop-up window.

The language and date of birth fields are activated in the new patient dialogue.

4. Add a new appointment

Toggle between Show service list and Activate service search to see a preview of the different options.

a) Show service list

In the appointment pop-up window, show services in list format.

i) In every group show the first… services

Defines the number of services shown in a group.

ii) Use dynamic search when I have more than … groups of services

The display will automatically switch to search format when an individual practitioner offers more than n groups of services

b) Activate service search

In the appointment pop-up window, show services in search format.

B. Operator level settings

Additional configuration options are available on an operator by operator basis.

Go to > Agenda > Settings tab

The operator settings tab is in the Agenda view;

1. Show cancelled appointments

Selecting or de-selecting this option allows an individual operator to override the establishment based setting defined above.

2. Size of client name

Adjusts the size of the preview of the patient name appearing in the agenda view. The smaller the size, the more letters of the name will appear.
