If a doctor cannot log on to their agenda diary, reset their password manually and invite them to try again.

Reset the password

Go to > Tuotempo > Center > Resources > [Doctor Name]

  1. Confirm with the doctor that the email and/or mobile telephone contact details are correct.
  2. Add a New Password and Confirm New
  3. Select Send new password by email and SMS? and Save
Tip: Choose a password that is very easy for the doctor to remember and get right.

Check that all is OK

When possible, tell the patient their new password verbally. Ask them to log in to test it.

Once logged in, the doctor can set a private password only known to them in their Profile page.

Go to > Tuotempo > [Picture Icon Top Right] > My Profile
