Very occasionally, it can happen that a patient or doctor receives the same SMS twice.


When an SMS is sent, a confirmation of receipt is automatically returned to our SMS service provider. If there is traffic disruption in the network, it can happen that the receipt is not received. In this case a standard retry mechanism is activated and the message is sent again.

We use the highest quality service providers available to ensure that such incidents are kept to a minimum. The occasional occurence is however beyond our control.
