If you validate your sender email you will avoid that your emails arrive in SPAM and you will be able to customize your address (instead of the default memo@tuotempo.io)

To validate the email address these are the steps to follow:

  1. go to Setup > Communication > Sender ID
  2. under "Sender address" write your new email address
  3. click on the "Save" button

Once the "Save" button has been submitted an email as the following will be sent to the specified email address:

The email address owner all she/he has to do is to click on the provided link.

If the email address owner doesn't click on the provided link within 24 hours the link will expired and all the process must be repeated again

Once the email address owner clicked on the email link, about 15 minutes are needed for the sender email change to take place on Tuotempo.

In the meanwhile the email address owner receives the validation email, clicks on the link and the change is applied on tuOtempO, emails will continue to be delivered with the previous set email address

If you want to validate the replyto the procedure in the same, but you need to fill the dedicated field

In some cases, after customizing the email sender, the emails sent from Tuotempo are flagged as spam by the anti-spam filters. If this happens (test it first)m it might be necessary to ask the customer's email administrator to relax their DMARC policies in order to authorize Tuotempo (more specifically Amazon SES, that is Tuotempo email gateway) to send emails on behalf of the email address selected as sender.
